Wrote on contact with paper. Wet on Mead green tint steno tablet paper, but smooth and consistent. The converter is not quite right: spins in either direction but doesn’t stop or pause at either end. For appearance & construction, I’m awarding 3 stars — average. For writing, 3.5 stars — good. For appearance & construction, I’m awarding 2 stars — poor. For writing, 2 stars — poor.
1/16/16: Revising ratings to poor. Slow starter after sitting dormant for a day or more. Sometimes it refuses to start at all.
